2. Product and price
The product for sale is a sauna turn (sauna ticket) at 6,90 € / henkilö / 2 h. The price includes value added tax (25,5 %). One payment can cover 1–12 people. Discount and promo codes as well as gift cards are applied at the time of payment.
3. Payment methods
Payment is made with MobilePay (Vipps MobilePay). The payment is charged immediately at purchase. A gift card can pay in full or in part; any remainder is paid with MobilePay.
4. Delivery
The product is delivered immediately as digital. After payment you receive a personal sauna code on screen (and to your email if you wish). The code serves as proof of payment and as the right to use the sauna, and it is valid for 2 hours from purchase (rounded up to the next quarter hour). There is no separate physical delivery.
5. Right of withdrawal
This is a digital service delivered immediately. When you start the payment and receive the sauna code, delivery of the service begins at once. The 14-day right of withdrawal under consumer protection law does not apply to a digital service once delivery has begun with the buyer's consent. By paying, you agree that delivery begins immediately and the right of withdrawal lapses.
6. Problems and refunds
If the sauna code does not work, you are charged twice, or there is another error in the payment, contact: info@liminganpizzakebab.fi or 044 055 6686. We will investigate and refund any unwarranted charges.
7. Gift cards
A gift card is a balance card you can use to pay for sauna turns until the balance runs out. The gift card balance is not redeemable for cash.
8. Payment intermediary
Payments are handled by Vipps MobilePay as its own controller and payment service provider. See their terms: vippsmobilepay.com.
9. Applicable law and dispute resolution
Finnish law applies to the sale. Disagreements are primarily resolved through mutual negotiation. A consumer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi) or contact consumer advisory services (kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
